Choosing a Shipping Method

You can choose your preferred shipping method during the checkout process. For most products, dressingvogue.com will offer you a choice of three shipping methods. Our three available shipping methods are

Expedited Shipping

Our fastest option ships to all major destinations in 2 - 4 days. All Expedited Shipping orders are eligible for shipping discounts according to package size and destination.

Standard Shipping

The most affordable option ships to all major destinations in 6-8days to all major destinations. All standard shipping orders are eligible for shipping discounts according to package size and destination.

Before your order is shipped, dressingvogue has to process your order and put all your items through our strict quality control tests. Because of this, total delivery time is different to shipping time alone.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

We ship via all major mail carriers, including UPS, EMS, FedEx, TNT, and DHL.

Customers are able to specify the carrier of their choice. On rare occasions we may face an unforeseen delay in shipping your order. We will notify you by email if we determine your order will not ship by the timeframe stated on each item's product page. Processing time differs from category to category. Refer to the table below for more precise processing times to get an even better estimate of the Total Delivery Time for your order.

Note:Total Delivery Time of mixed orders with items in different categories should be calculated using the longest estimate times listed.

Cancellation Policy


We understand that our customers sometimes need the flexibility to cancel orders for a variety of reasons. However, it is important to note that our clothing and some accessories (including shoes, sashes, and wraps) are made-to-order, whether you ordered a standard size or custom measurements, and the materials cannot be reused once the creation process has begun. The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time to change your mind. Please refer to our cancellation policy below for details.


For made to order items,please follow this Policy:


- Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.- Orders cancelled 24 to 72 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.- Orders cancelled more than 72 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost.- Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.


Return Policy


Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Upon the arrival of your package, we encourage you to check and make sure that the product has been made to your order specifications. Try on your dress, accessories, shoes or clothing as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the products.
If you are returning or exchanging dresses, shoes, clothing, or accessories, please make sure they are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with tags intact and attached.


Defective, Damaged or Misshipped Items


Defective, damaged or mis-shipped items are eligible for a refund. When requesting your refund, please be ready to provide Customer Service with photographs clearly showing the problem with the items. Any quality issues should be proved with photograph documents and problem description. If you believe your items were damaged during shipping time, Customer Service will need photographs showing the damaged packaging as well as "Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier in order to process your refund.


Sizing or Fitting Issues


As all of our dresses and clothing is hand-sewn and custom-tailored, the finished gown may vary by approximately one (1) inch in either direction of the specified measurements. To ensure that your item will still fit you perfectly, our tailors have created all our dresses with additional fabric in the seams to allow minor size modifications to be made easily.


Item is not the size you ordered


Should your item size differ from the specifications of your order by more than one inch, we encourage you to find to find a local tailor to make adjustments, and we will gladly reimburse you for up to 100% of the product price in tailoring costs. If you choose this option, please remember to request a receipt from your tailor as a copy of it must be provided when requesting reimbursement.


Your item is the size you ordered but does not fit


Dresses or clothing that does not fit properly but fit the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged. As our dresses and clothing is made with additional fabric in the seams, you can make minor adjustments at a local tailor, at your own cost.
Please note: if your order specifications differ too greatly from the final sizing request, resizing may not be possible.


Color Mismatch


dressingvogue.com. Slight color mismatches between the color of your item and the color shown on screen may not mean that the item is defective or mis-shipped. However, if you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact Customer Service to see if a return or refund is possible.


Overdue Orders


If your order cannot be shipped by the time originally stated, Customer Service will offer you the option of keeping or canceling your order. Customers whose items are overdue by no more than 10 days can choose to cancel the order and get a full refund, or keep the order and get a 30% reimbursement upon delivery. Customers whose items are overdue by more than 10 days have the option of canceling for a full refund, or keeping the dress at no cost except shipping fees.


Items that cannot be returned or exchanged


Personalized and dyed items, earrings (including jewelry sets containing earrings), and personal care items are final sale, no returns or exchanges.


Return Process


1) Contact Customer Service within 30 days of your order's shipment. Include an explanation and photographs documenting the reason for the return. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from Customer Service.
• When you receive an email entitled "Shipment Notification for order#XXXXX with dressingvogue.com," your order has been shipped.


2) Once Customer Service has approved your request, please send the item and the completed Product Return Form back to us as soon as possible.


3 Once received returned items, your return will be processed in 3 to 5 business days. Once your return is confirmed and inspected, please allow up to two billing cycles for it to be credited to your account. Moreover, we usually return you refund on every Thursday. Therefore, please be patient and allow some time for your bank to proceed. Items returned in unacceptable condition will not be processed as refunds and cannot be shipped back to you.

Returned Goods Explanation


Upon receipt of goods (wedding gowns, other dresses and so on) within one week, you can put forward refund request (not including shipping fee). But two points must be mentioned. Firstly, please be ready to provide Customer Service with the photographs clearly showing the problem with the items or wear it to show the problem; secondly, customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns marked COD for insufficient postage will be refused.

Returns will be accepted without providing problems of photographs in one week. But $30 which is the procedure fee and the shipping fee will be deducted from your payment. In addition, you need to return the items to us. The return shipping fee costs will also be paid by yourself.

If you send the items back to us within 30 days and give photographs to show out the problems, you will get a 50% refund. Or we give you 30% of commodity price refund as compensation but you can retain your items. If not having photographs to give an explanation for the returns, 30% of commodity price refund will be accepted. Customers will still be responsible for all return shipping costs. Or we return you 30% of commodity price refund and you can retain your goods.
Items (wedding gowns, other dresses and so on) which are exceeded 30 days, returns will not be approved.

If it is your personal reason that you don’t like the goods, thank you for kind understanding of not returning because of highly cost and time-consuming hands working.
